KBS steel shafts – tour technology for irons and wedges
KBS is a US shaft brand named after shaft designer Kim Braly. KBS steel shafts are known for a smooth bend profile and a soft, solid feel and are widely used on the professional tours.
We mainly carry the KBS C-Taper Lite in single positions from 2-iron to wedge, plus other KBS models. See all golf shafts.
What to look for
- C-Taper Lite: a little lighter than the C-Taper, mid to low flight, lots of control.
- Single shafts: every iron position has its own shaft, ideal for rebuilding or completing a set.
- Flex: KBS shafts tend to play firm; if in doubt, go one step softer.
How we build for you

Can you replace the shaft in a single iron?
Yes. Order the shaft for that position and send us the iron; we install it and fit the grip.
How long does delivery take?
From stock parts usually 4–6 working days, 8–12 working days if parts have to be ordered. Shipping: Germany €5.90, Austria €12.95, rest of Europe €20.
