Tac-Tic The Tac-Tic Golf Training System gives audible feedback at three key moments during the golf swing – foundation, coil and impact. The Ankle Tac-Tic helps prevent lateral swaying or hip sliding on the back swing. The Knee Tac-Tic will teach the need for maintaining a flexible back knee avoiding the reverse pivot. Once the foundation is set and the player has learned to coil behind the ball, the Elbow Tac-Tic will progress the player to the next step of widening the swing arc to create more power. Players often allow their arms to collapse and the loud click of the Tac-Tic gives immediate alert if the leading elbow breaks down. Finally, the Wrist Tac-Tic promotes solid impact by giving a loud click when the leading wrist breaks down. The Tac-Tic Wrist is also an excellent aid for maintaining a firm position when putting.
